How does it work?
Once you book your service, you will set up a 30 minute meeting with Shima either via phone, video, or in-person, depending on what service you choose and where you are based.
Which services take place in person?
Wardrobe detox will begin with a 30 minute in-person consultation at a private membership club or The Webster, depending on your location. From there, Shima will come to her client's home for a hands-on assessment and overhaul of their wardrobe.
How will we communicate?
Shima is happy to communicate with clients however they prefer - e-mail is her default channel, but she can also speak via text message, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or a phone call.
Are you open to retainer clients?
Shima's services can be booked on an individual basis or be retained more long-term, depending on your needs. She is open to discussing packages and different pricing models according to how frequent her clients require styling and wardrobe advisory services.
